ROCCO is a telecommunications research and innovation consulting company that helps some of the largest telecom companies in the world. At the time there was no dedicated I.T. sector in ROCCO. They had an existing website, but wanted to develop two new websites for their newer education and strategy branches whilst also have the three website maintained and optimized.
