TECS is a company based in Spain that focuses on teaching English through it’s English academies, summer camps, trips abroad, academic years, and camps for schools. Due to the fact that they have years in which they need to find and hire over 250 staff per year, they needed a new website.
The website needed to be attractive to young people from the UK and Ireland to encourage them to come out and work in Spain on short term contracts. They also wanted a solution to accept applications online and for this to have an entire backend administrative solution that could help them make their entire recruitment process more efficient.
